Making a purchase
You can make a purchase via our website. You can review your selections in your shopping basket and make changes before committing yourself to buy. We are not VAT registered to there is no VAT on top of the prices shown on the website. Overseas customers are responsible for any import taxes.
When you agree to purchase, you enter into a contract to buy the goods selected from us under these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to decline any purchase.
Paying for your purchase
Payments are accepted via PayPal or postal order form with an accompanying cheque or bank transfer. Please supply your email address, telephone number, delivery address and full postcode. Please note that for postal orders, items will not be dispatched until the cheque or bank transfer has cleared.
Delivering your goods
All UK purchases will be sent by Special Delivery. Clearly this operates on a basis of Post Office opening times, but it is our aim that you receive your goods as quickly as possible after payment has cleared. Please allow a variation in delivery times for weekends, Bank Holidays, bad weather and strike action. Overseas customers are advised to contact us for shipping costs.
Returns and refunds
If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so for any reason. We want you to be happy with anything you buy from us. So, if it is not what you expected, or not fit for purpose, or you just don’t like the colour, you are free to return the item, in the same condition as it was sent, by the same method (UK Special Delivery). You must do this within three days of receipt, or the sale will be considered final. You will be refunded via PayPal, less the cost of fees, postage and packing both ways.
Availability of the Website
Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we cannot guarantee that the website will be available constantly, or that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs, please report it to us at the email address above. We will deal with the fault as soon as we reasonably can.

We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to comply with law, or changes in business requirements. Any changes will be shown on our website.
We reserve the right to alter the sale price of any item. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale.
By making a purchase, you confirm you have read, understood and accept the Terms and Conditions then in force. If you do not agree to any of the Terms and Conditions, please do not purchase any items from us.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
